A day spent power-shopping on Lincoln Road certainly qualifies as a high-intensity workout. However, when they are not shopping, many South Beach locals stay fit by practicing yoga on the beach, working out in Lummus Park, and biking, blading, & jogging on the boardwalk.
Staying fit the South Beach way
Located along Ocean Drive from 5th to 15th streets, Lummus Park is one of the most popular destinations in Miami Beach. From beach volleyball courts to bodybuilding, it’s all happening here.
Never boring – the boardwalk is a great place to bike, jog, or stroll.
