Havana 1957 specializes in classic Cuban dishes like black bean soup, crispy green plantains with mojito garlic sauce, Cuban sandwiches, and Churrasco a la Cubana (tender charbroiled flank steak). The house specialty is the traditional roasted chicken in delicious Cuban gravy, served with white rice, black beans, salad, and sweet plantains.
