Fun Things To Do In South Beach
With so many fun things in South Beach, the question isn’t what to do but where to start. Here’s our list to help you plan the perfect South Beach visit.
Hit The Beach!
The beaches are free to the public to swim, paddleboard, relax with a good book, or just bask in the sunshine – you won’t be disappointed.
Visit Lincoln Road
After a day at the beach, head to Lincoln Road for dinner, drinks, shopping, and fantastic people-watching.
Stroll The Miami Beachwalk
Stroll, bike, or jog along the Miami Beachwalk – a scenic 7-mile oceanfront walkway that runs from South Beach’s South Pointe Park to North Beach. I like to grab a seat along the beach wall and people-watch.
Enjoy The Juvia Rooftop High Above Lincoln Road
Juvia is a jaw-dropping indoor/outdoor restaurant & lounge perched high above Lincoln Road offering stunning rooftop views of South Beach. Getting up here: take the Juvia elevators on the corner of Lincoln Road and Lenox Avenue to the penthouse level.

Chillout In South Pointe Park
Grab a picnic basket and head to South Pointe Park — this beautiful 17-acre park features wide-open green spaces, swaying palm trees, a miniature splash water park for the kids, a small cafe, restrooms, outdoor showers, sweeping vistas of downtown Miami, and beautiful sunsets.
Check out the South Pointe Park Pier
Walk out on the South Pointe Pier and watch anglers reel in their fresh catch. The pier also gives you a close-up view of enormous cruise ships gliding out to sea.
Get A Great Workout At Muscle Beach
Muscle Beach is a super-popular outdoor fitness park nestled under swaying palm trees along South Beach’s famous Ocean Drive.
A favorite workout destination since the ’90s, Muscle Beach is more popular now than ever since the city upgraded the workout area with a new wellness circuit that includes two nature-inspired installations.
Eat, Drink, & Enjoy Española Way
Excellent restaurants, festive bars, and lively cafes steal the show along this Spanish-inspired pedestrian-only promenade.
Historic Española Way is located between 14th and 15th street in Miami Beach, stretching from Washington Avenue to Drexel Avenue.
