This band was the first in-school ensemble of its kind. Founded by the late Clark Douglas Burris almost 50 years ago. This ensemble focuses on high-energy music ranging from The Beatles to Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin, delivering and unforgettable show. The Rock Ensemble had performed at venues all over the country, including prestigious institutions such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Arrowhead is a high school ensemble that has been playing together for over 6 years. Led by two strong female vocalists, Arrowhead is a high energy rock band delivering classics such as Guns and Roses, Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and more.
The Jazz Collective

This invitation-only ensemble features the top jazz players from 6 different schools across Miami who perform with a level of sophistication well beyond their years. Repertoire ranges from grooving modern jazz such as “The Watcher” by Marquis Hill to class jazz club standards like “Four On Six” by Wes Montgomery. The Jazz Collective has performed in numerous prestigious venues such as Adrienne Arsht Center and North Beach Bandshell.

This medium-size jazz ensemble is comprised of Wynwood’s top student jazz musicians with a focus on Haitian-based repertoire. This group has performed in numerous prestigious venues such as The New World Symphony Hall and American Arlines Arenas.

The ensemble is led by two female and one male vocalist.
