Mr. Bing has brought his ice cream talents to South Beach. If you’re a Miamian, you’ve most likely hit up the Mr. Bing truck in Wynwood to enjoy this Taiwanese-style shaved ice cream. The technique is truly unique: dairy is frozen in cylindrical blocks and then shaven into paper-thin ribbons of ice and topped with a variety of delicious drizzles/goodies.
Lucky for us, Mr. Bing’s first stand-alone store is now open on Lincoln Road. You’ll find the new shop inside the Sterling Market (a slated food hall concept next to Books and Books).
