1. What factors influenced your decision to open your business on Lincoln Road?

When considering opening a store in South Beach, we were drawn to the bustling foot traffic on Lincoln Road. Having previously operated a booth at Oasis Wynwood, we knew a little about the demographics; however, our business thrives off foot traffic, and once we saw how packed Lincoln
Road was, even on a Monday morning, we were convinced that this location was ideal for us.

Lincoln Road’s premier location provides a consistent influx of both locals and visitors in the South Beach community.

We were particularly attracted to Lincoln Road's appeal to individuals of ll ages, as well as its popularity among both locals and visitors. The ample parking availability and the bustling day and night activities further solidified our decision to establish our presence in this vibrant location.

2. What role, if any, do the BID’s initiatives to coordinate and organize ongoing programming and events have on your store opening?

The BID’s involvement is crucial in our store opening on Lincoln Road. As a well-known hub for bars, restaurants, history, art and cultural attractions, Lincoln Road offers a vibrant setting for our brand. The frequent events and influx of visitors contribute to a significant amount of foot traffic, which is one of our most important factors when selecting a new location. We love that Lincoln Road is busy during the day – unlike other areas that only get foot traffic at night and on the weekends.

3. How do you envision your business’ future development and growth? Did you conduct any market research or feasibility studies before finalizing the location for your business?

We see Prince Street Pizza becoming a staple in South Beach. We hope to develop a strong relationship with the community through local events and charities. We also look to grow our business into other divisions of Miami where we can continue to support local communities and provide an amazing product to the city.
