The closing of Lincoln Road’s Hofbräu Beer Hall is unfortunate for many locals and visiting tourists. The Hofbräu was a long time favorite for Bavarian beers, pretzels, European soccer, and great people-watching on Lincoln Road.

Cheer up – here are a few other beer-grabbing options in the area:

Yard House

Yard House is an excellent neighborhood beer spot. With more than 100 brews on tap, a whopping number HDTVs, plenty of sports bar eats, like wings, guacamole and chips, street tacos, and burgers – it’s easy to see why Yard House is a favorite go-to spot to catch the game. Yard House is located just a few steps off Lincoln Road.

Abbey Brewing Co.

The Abbey Brewing Co. has been around since 1995. In competitive South Beach, that means that they’re doing something right. The atmosphere is laid back, the staff is friendly, and good beers are flowing. Stop in and enjoy a few of the house beers today. My fave is the Immaculate IPA. The Abbey is located 2 minutes from Lincoln Road.

La Cerveceria de Barrio

(Opening 2018)
La Cerveceria de Barrio, a Mexican seafood cantina, and brewery will open their first U.S. location at 836 Lincoln Road.
Get ready to enjoy fresh fish tacos, specialty margaritas and cold brews in the heart Lincoln Road.
