This helped us understand key factors such as age, income, diversity, household composition, visitor volume, spending habits and purpose of visits. We also examined lifestyle preferences to determine if our concept aligned with the area’s dining and entertainment scene while segmenting the market by consumer groups. Additionally, by visiting local restaurants, we analyzed pricing and unique selling points to effectively position Andrés Carne de Res.

How do you envision your business’ future development and growth?
Andrés Carne de Res’s future growth can be envisioned as a global expansion, rooted in key cities that align with the brand’s energetic dining concept, Colombian culture and vibrant entertainment.
In the United States, Florida and Texas present immense opportunities. Cities like Orlando, Tampa, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas have booming restaurant scenes and an appetite for innovative dining concepts. As a global culinary hub, New York would also be a vital location for Andrés Carne de Res to reach locals and international tourists, further establishing the brand’s global reach and recognition.
