Lyle Chariff is the President and Broker of Chariff Realty Group, a Miami based commercial real estate firm he founded in 2002. With more than 35 years in commercial real estate, Lyle has a long and proven connection to Lincoln Road and South Beach. From 1988 to 1991, as Vice President of Commercial Development and Acquisition at the Doran Jason Group, he managed and leased more than 400,000 square feet of commercial space on Lincoln Road and South Beach, giving him first-hand knowledge of the corridor’s evolution. From 1991 to 2001, as Director of Commercial Development and Leasing at Dacra Development, he led acquisitions, development strategies, and tenant negotiations that helped shape the Miami Design District for Craig Robins and LVMH.
For more than 20 years, Lyle has also managed and represented the Quittner family’s flagship Lincoln Road asset at 560 Lincoln Road, a corner property at Pennsylvania Avenue and Lincoln Road totaling over 30,000 square feet. Since founding Chariff Realty Group, Lyle has continued to represent national tenants, restaurateurs, investors, and property owners throughout Miami, advising on leasing, acquisitions, and repositioning strategies that build long-term district value.
He is recognized for his ability to attract and retain high-quality tenants, curate district identities, and build lasting partnerships with property owners, city leaders, and community stakeholders. Today, while expanding his real estate holdings into Western North Carolina, Lyle remains deeply connected to Miami’s commercial and cultural life. His decades of experience on Lincoln Road, deep market knowledge, and track record of revitalizing urban corridors make him well suited to support the future of the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District.
