1. What factors influenced your decision to open your business on Lincoln Road?
Several factors influenced our decision to open on Lincoln Road, including the
destination’s reputation, demographics and geographics. With 15 stores successfully operating in Florida and exceeding our expectations, we decided to expand our portfolio further, and Lincoln Road presented itself as a prime store location. Lincoln Road’s proximity to hotels, residential areas and tourist  attractions significantly impacted our
decision.

2. What role, if any, does the BID have in your opening, and what specific advantages do you feel Lincoln Road will offer your business?
The Lincoln Road BID played an important role in our opening, as they helped us with the permitting and construction of our new storefront. As a community epicenter and tourist destination featuring shops, sidewalk cafés, cultural destinations, galleries, restaurants and bars, the area will provide us with brand awareness and visibility that expands beyond the local community. Lincoln Road’s proximity to prominent neighborhoods also allowed us to tap into establishing a consumer fan base, which is a critical brand objective.

3. How do you envision your business’s future development and growth in Miami Beach?
We predict that Miami Beach will continue to experience growth and development, maintaining its status as a top tourist destination. With this growth, we anticipate a diversification of businesses, an increase in cultural events and establishments, and the modernization of infrastructure and transportation. Similarly, Miniso’s vision is to become the world’s top IP collection store, enhancing customers’ shopping experiences through
exceptional products and services. We envision the growth trajectory of Miniso on Lincoln Road to involve expanding our product offerings, increasing market penetration through an aggressive store network expansion, and enhancing brand awareness and visibility while upholding our standards of excellence, innovation and design.
