WE SEE ROMANS!!!!
Our cooks are Romans, grandma Iris is in charge of the kitchen, the 92-year-old head chef who still divides herself today in her 4 restaurants between Rome and Milan.
In our restaurants we cook only organic products: with Antonia and Rita at the rolling pin we roll out stone-ground flour at all hours of the day and evening, to serve you fresh pasta made at the moment.
Our master bakers prepare the bread, tarts and all our desserts every morning.
The fried foods are pan-fried with extra virgin olive oil from Umbrian and Tuscan mills, the supplì, croquettes and stuffed olives that we make are fried, and the oil is changed for each fried dish.
