In 2008, Peruvian-born chef/owner Juan Chipoco opened the original CVI.CHE 105 in downtown Miami. The restaurant became an immediate success. To the delight of South Beach Peruvian food lovers, CVI.CHE 105 opened its Lincoln Road outpost in 2014.

Ceviche105 is known for their vast selection of creative and unique ceviches, among several other traditional Peruvian dishes.

Granted, Lincoln Road has plenty of dining choices (steaks, burgers, pizza, sushi) east of Alton Road. But to experience authentic Peruvian – a short trek west of Alton is necessary. You won’t be disappointed! CVI.CHE 105 celebrates the flavors and colors of Peru in every dish.
