Lincoln Road Parking

*Important Notice: Starting May 1, 2018, most Miami Beach municipal parking garage rates for non-residents will increase to $2 per hour for each of the first 4 hours.

The City of Miami Beach operates three public parking garages (listed below) that are super convenient to Lincoln Road. Here are a few parking tips to minimize delays:

•  After parking, remember to take your ticket with you.
• For a fast and easy exit, prepay at the automated pay stations conveniently located near the elevators and stairs.
• (if you’ve prepaid) – Exit the garage via the shorter & much faster “pre-paid ticket” line.

 

17th Street Garage

(largest and most convenient to Lincoln Road stores and restaurants – open 24 hours)

Parking Rates: The first four hours will cost $2/per hour. 8 to 15 hours of parking will cost only $15. The maximum daily rate and lost ticket rate is set at $20 (which is an excellent deal in South Beach).

Pennsylvania Avenue Garage

Fully automated garage with Pay Stations on each of its five (5) parking levels.
(across the street from the Fillmore and adjacent to the New World Symphony)

Parking Rates: The first four hours will cost $2/per hour. 8 to 15 hours of parking will cost only $15. The maximum daily rate and lost ticket rate is set at $20 (which is an excellent deal in South Beach).
